The Admiral Scaffolding Group are in discussion with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award team with a view to incorporating this into their apprenticeship training scheme. To this end Terry Withers was invited to a roundtable breakfast at The Dorchester on 20th April, hosted by the Earl of Wessex. Terry states “This award is a very strong test of character, incorporating endurance, a sporting achievement and a charitable act as well as other disciplines. I believe that achieving Gold Status is a great indicator to potential employers as to the sort of person they could be engaging with”.
