The Admiral Scaffolding Group Achieves BE FaIR Accreditation

Admiral Scaffolding Group has achieved the BE FaIR Bronze award.
We were more than happy to be part of this pilot when our Training Director was approached early in 2013. With a pass rate of 93% we feel that we have inset the principles within our team to make for a fair and equal workforce for all.
This accreditation has been developed by CITB with the involvement of the fantastic team at Construction Equality. The underlying principles being Fairness, Inclusion and Respect throughout the entire workplace, not just on-site.
